Delivery Policy

Here at Parker Howley & Co, we take delivery seriously and have scoured the earth for good quality delivery partners that are on hand for any eventuality. You have two delivery options to choose from, depending on how much of a rush you are in;

  • a two-man, white glove service (if you’re not in so much of a hurry); your furniture will be taken into a room of your choice, on the ground floor. There is a 10-15 working day timescale following collection from us.
  • a kerbside service (in case you are in a hurry); your furniture will be dropped outside of your house, for you to carry inside. Following collection from us, this can be with you the very next day.

You will receive an email following purchase requesting you to confirm your preferred delivery option.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

We believe in getting things right the first time and to the highest standard of quality. Should you wish to return the unit due to a damage however, the delivery team will take it away immediately, free of charge. If you notice any damage a little further down the line, we will arrange collection to fix the issue at a charge of £60 (the piece will need wrapping back up in its’ original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely).

Whilst we hope you are delighted with your new bespoke design, if you wish to return it for any other reason, as all of our furniture is made-to-order (with the exception of accessory items) 50% of the full amount paid may be refunded (the remaining 50% will be required to cover any build and material costs). You will also be required to cover the cost of collection at £60.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason at all following purchase, a £200 charge will be applied to cover any build and material costs incurred up to that point. The reason for this is because we begin production of that unit immediately and as all of our furniture is made-to-order, the frame for that design may not be re-workable or re-sellable.

Order Changes Policy

We understand that minds can change and is why we are open to changes being made following confirmation and payment of the order. There will be a small charge of £50 to cover the cost of any change.

The only exception to this is a change in dimensions and design. This is because we begin to build immediately following confirmation of the order. If it is important to you to change dimensions of a unit following confirmation and payment of an order, an amount of £200 will be required to cover any build and material costs up to that point.
